Meet Tan
Tan started his real estate journey with his sister, Trang in 2017. They wanted to create a better financial future for their family and built a real estate investment firm, TT & T Homes. In 2019, Tan graduated from VCU with his Accounting & Real Estate degree.
Since then, Tan has done many home renovations and been involved in numerous off-market deals. He has built solid connections with many Real Estate professionals and has even become a landlord himself. Through his experience he has learned that Real Estate is always the safest investment one can make (if done correctly) to become 'financially healthy.’
Tan’s natural progression into the real estate world was prompted by interest from family and friends who needed help in investing, and the new challenges that were brought forth helped him transition away from his day job, as he figured out he could do one with the other.
Tan has a love of RVA and its diversity. He loves the scenic river, the city’s size, neighborhoods, the food, and the charming historic district. He loves that Richmond has become more popular for relocation while still being affordable. He feels RVA has a lot to offer including its natural settings, it’s business-friendly, cultural, and centrally located.
When Tan isn’t playing Agent, he’s a nail tech by trade (we are all excited about this). He also enjoy playing futbol, cooking, working out, and traveling internationally. He also spends time with his fiancé, Khuyen Nguyen.
We see Tan as a great asset with his accounting background and well networked relationships. He helps clients set realistic goals and expectations while showing his clients that investments don’t always have to be risky.
